Your pay will be graded based on the assignment of tasks and qualifications up to a maximum of pay group 13 with the salary scales of the civil service (Confederation). Basically, there is the possibility of an IT skilled worker bonus.
The position is open-ended and is generally possible in part-time or can be filled close to full-time.
